An applicant to ARTS must have a credible profession of faith in Christ as Savior and Lord and a genuine desire and internal call to serve Christ and His church.

Applicant must also have the endorsement of his or her denomination’s governing body and/or local church elders or leaders and must submit proof of a bachelor’s degree, two academic references, and two church references.
