Africa Reformation Theological Seminary seeks to train pastors and church leaders to serve Christ’s church and advance His kingdom in Africa.
Our mission is to equip pastors, preachers, church planters, evangelists, biblical counselors, and Christian school administrators and teachers who have a passion for the gospel of grace and a zeal for building and multiplying healthy, strong, biblical, God-centered and Christ-exalting churches.
Our primary ministry is to equip and educate future ordained pastors to lead healthy, biblical, evangelism-passionate, church planting, world missions-mobilizing Christian churches in Uganda and other African nations. Although ARTS has a special association with Presbyterian and Reformed churches and denominations, we welcome students from many churches and church traditions. We also provide theological education for both men and women who will serve Christ’s church and the larger society in non-ordained roles.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
For God’s glory, ARTS exists to train pastors and church leaders to impact Uganda and Africa for biblical reformation through Gospel-driven and Christ-centered churches.
OUR VISION
ARTS desires to spread a passion for God’s glory by training pastors and church leaders who will be used by the Holy Spirit to bring the transforming power of Christ’s gospel of grace and the Word of God first to the African church and then to all of African society, to the end that the African church may be used by God for world-wide gospel impact.
